This painting is currently with our framers so will be ready to ship in approximately three weeks time

and later became a successful landscape and figure painter

I imagined that it was a very stylised portrait but found an old black and white image of the young socialite at a ball in 1945 and it’s a pretty good likeness

This painting was exhibited at The Royal Glasgow Institute of the Fine Arts in 1915

It has been sitting on a wall for more than ten years and now I feel it needs a new home and the taxman agrees with me
