This uncompromising sake is crafted by brewmaster Takumi Kuwabara in our Oregon Kura using Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Arkansas and milled to 40%. Its a Junmai Daiginjo possessing bright, fruity aromas of blueberry, banana, and grape balanced by subtle dryness and flavors of Fuji apple, melon, and guava.
