Its name comes from a well known Paris bistro, reflecting the wines fun and inviting spirit. Syrah grapes are gently pressed, while Mourvdre undergoes a short carbonic maceration, helping create a fresh, juicy character that brims with blueberry and raspberry notes. The clay limestone soil imparts an appealing texture,
