It comes from a 15 year old vineyard on sandy soil and was made with semi carbonic maceration, which gives the wine energy and a juicy, expressive character. After fermentation, it spent 8 months in older 450 litre oak barrels, adding shape without covering the fruit. In the glass, you can expect notes of blackberry jam, plum and a light spicy touch.
