Vineyards, planted in high quality soil, enjoy optimal dimates, yielding fine clusters, which are picked by hand at sunrise. In the winery, they are Aged 15 months separated by vibration and mechanized optical sorting in order to select the finest grapes. Following a long fermentation, the wine is aged in new French oak barrels.
