Chorey-lès-Beaune, Domaine Tollot-Beaut, 2020 Rondinella Australian-born Jane Eyre-Renard is oneChorey ls Beaune is famous for producing hearty, spiced, red Burgundies with a good deal of muscle and herbal tinged, woodland berry fruit. Domaine Tollot Beaut takes Chorey's rustic side and gives it a bit of polish, endowing it with a lovely sheen of velvety texture and sophistication. With a mineral driven freshness that nicely complements the polish, it also has all of the lavish fruit that the estate's thoughtful winemaking lends.
