Even though it is made in clay, this cup was designed in the image of the white porcelain of the Joseon Dynasty. Handmade by potter master Ishii san at the Yoshi Hisagama kiln in Karatsu, this cup follows the 80 20 principle celebrated in Japan: any pottery is 80% the creation of the potter master, and 20% how its owner uses
