Hijo de Puszta Year:2022 A small portion of grapesThis sparkling ros from Austria's Neusiedlersee region is made using the ancestral method, where fermentation completes naturally in the bottle. Created by Kollektiv Peternell from 30 year old vines of Pinot Gris, Sankt Laurent, and Merlot, the wine undergoes a brief skin contact and ages on fine lees for 6 months. The biodynamic farming and minimal intervention approach reflect the collective's origins in Catalonia and their current work in Austria.
