Made by Kollektiv Peternell from Riesling and Welschriesling grapes, it follows an unconventional process the grapes ferment with stems for 3 days, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in steel tanks. The biodynamic farming and minimal intervention approach create a distinctive expression of these Austrian varieties.
