Jabalina dry and with minimal sulphitesJabalina is a Rioja Alavesa ros made from Tempranillo grown in the La Cantera plot in Labastida, at around 600 metres above sea level. The clay limestone soils and high altitude setting help give the wine a fresh, clear profile. The grapes are picked and sorted by hand, then directly pressed and fermented with native yeasts. Instead of oak, the wine spends 6 months in stainless steel on its fine lees, which gives it a little more body and a smooth
