MGMT 2 NOTES: 18 x 24 inchesI can't imagine a more scrutinized record to be released this year than MGMT's third. The show was 10 days before the album was released and I decided to comment on it's reception. I had this sort of mystical image in my head of an owl offering the moon to a wolf. The moon is a representation of MGMT's latest offering (record) and the wolf is it's reception (audience). The background shows spears pointing towards the moon along with a repeating
