When The Fieldfares Come 2024 single-bottle-1916 and Backwell RedMedium Lightly Sparkling Fine Cider At the end of the harvest the Fieldfares and Redwings arrive in Somerset from their Arctic summer, to feast on the abundant fruit of the hedgerows and orchards whilst cider makers are picking the last late apples. This is a blend of that late fruit, predominantly focused on bittersweets. Easy drinking and fruity but with great structure and depth.
