Edwardian to 1920s antique black and white feather boa with tassels evening coat Has previously been in freezerWonderful early 20c feather boa, with fancy woven ball covered drop and rayon tassels. Measures: Feather section 37 long plus approx 10 each tassel, so 57 total. Condition: Boa is good with no notable feather loss or damage. The tassels both seem to hang to the front, possibly this is intentional as symmetrical? You could redistribute and pop a stitch to hold if it bothered you.
