Collarless, with a high, scoop neckline, it has capped flutter sleeves and a drop waist seam that is scalloped as is the hem of the mid length skirt. There is a key hole at the upper back, center and it closes with a button at the nape. No tags handmade. I am stumped at discovering what decade it is from?
