Ross and Bee Maloof have mastered the art of Pinot Gris. Utilizing years of experience and many different single vineyards and microclimates they know their way around this classic varietal. This wine is dry Farmed, hand picked, fermented and aged in neutral burgundy barrels and left on the lees with no batonnage for 10 months before bottling.
